Dr. Xie is the Founder and President of Healsan, a leading company specializing in Healsan™ Big Data Analysis that drives innovation and facilitates the translation of outcomes in clinical research. Under his leadership, Healsan™ conducts over 300 medical big data analyses annually, providing insights into research trends and assessments of institutions, personnel, and sub-specialties to physician-scientists and hospitals.

As an alumnus of the prestigious Peking Union Medical College, Dr. Xie brings significant clinical and research expertise in the fields of neurology and autoimmunity. He spearheaded the development of the "Quantitative Assessment System for Scholars' Academic Contributions Based on Bibliometric Analysis," a cornerstone project for Healsan.

Dr. Xie has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and has extensive experience in conducting or overseeing thousands of medical big data analyses, showcasing his deep understanding and significant achievements in research topics based on big data analysis within clinical research.

Before founding Healsan, Dr. Xie, a physician-scientist and neurologist, as well as a Principal Investigator, led initiatives funded by renowned institutions, including the National Natural Science Foundation and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation.

Dr. Liu led the development of the HansonCR™ system, which efficiently integrates and drafts scholarly research reviews, including those used to demonstrate eligibility for committee memberships or for Chinese doctors seeking U.S. National Interest or Extraordinary Ability Green Cards.

Dr. Liu graduated from Peking Union Medical College and formerly served as the Section Chief, Chief Physician, and Master’s Supervisor at Peking Union Medical College/Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.

 Dr. Liu has overseen projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and has conducted significant research on molecular markers for gastrointestinal tumors and the mechanisms of tumor pathogenesis. He also boasts extensive experience in surgical outcome research and the application of clinical databases. With over 100 peer-reviewed publications in this field and more than 2,000 citations, Dr. Liu has served as an editorial board member and reviewer for prestigious international journals. Additionally, he is an International Fellow in a renowned American professional association. 

 As the leader of the MedEditing™ team, Sean provides comprehensive support, specializing in Medical English training, academic manuscript editing, and meticulous revision of application materials. With a unique capability to evaluate completed green card applications from the perspective of an immigration officer, Sean produces detailed mock review reports that assess clarity, sufficiency of evidence, and likelihood of approval, significantly contributing to our team's outstanding 95% success rate for NIW and EB-1A cases.

Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the UK and brings over six years of English teaching experience, complemented by more than two years of specialized experience reviewing preliminary green card application materials. Throughout his extensive teaching career in China, Sean has developed notable expertise in Medical English and refined his skills in editing scholarly papers written by Chinese medical professionals.

Jessica is an integral member of our team as a Project Manager in the Green Card Application department. Not only does she provide free consultations to over 400 doctors and life scientists each year, but she is also responsible for overseeing the entire application process for hundreds of NIW and EB-1A cases, ensuring the smooth progression of applications.

In addition to her primary role, Jessica excels as the New Media Operations Manager. Her responsibilities include managing seven public WeChat accounts and two Rednote accounts.

  Tianyu Wang, a Master’s degree holder from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is a distinguished clinical research professional with specialized expertise in clinical writing and medical big data analysis. Her meticulous attention to detail and fervent passion for research have culminated in several high-impact publications in prestigious journals. Proficient in machine learning, she leverages her profound expertise in clinical research to develop the Healsan medical big data analytics tool. Her capabilities in both traditional research methodologies and cutting-edge technologies bolster her capacity to thrive in a research-intensive environment. 

Iris Zhang is a dedicated B.S. Community Health student who is passionate about applying academic knowledge and research experience to tackle real-world challenges. Bilingual in Mandarin and English, she brings strong analytical and interpersonal skills to every opportunity, along with a dependable, adaptable, and hard-working approach. Iris is eager to contribute to the success of our organization and embrace new challenges that promote both professional growth and meaningful impact. 

Dr. Reyes developed a career emphasis on tumor immunology during post-graduate training at Yale University and went on to earn MD and PhD degrees from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. His research has been published in top cancer immunotherapy journals and led to international collaborations with scientists at industry leading companies such as AstraZeneca and Janssen Pharmaceuticals. He is currently a physician-scientist in the Department of Medicine at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. 

Dr. Zhou is Director of the Center for Alzheimer Research at the Washington Institute of Clinical Research (WICRe) and Founder and CEO of AstraNeura. Using his medical expertise and PhD training in biochemistry, Dr. Zhou’s career emphasis has been on drug discovery and entrepreneurship. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Dr. Zhou has led drug discovery and development programs for small molecule therapeutics in oncology and central nervous system (CNS) acting agents. He was part of the team that developed the first histone deacetylase inhibitor Zolinza, contributes to several clinical stage CNS drug development programs, and is an inventor for 3 issued patents. 

Lily Sun brings over eight years of expertise in financial management to her role as CFO. She excels in budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and tax planning, providing a solid foundation for robust financial governance. Liying is proficient in navigating complex financial systems and regulations. She has a sharp ability to interpret data and devise strategies that optimize corporate financial performance.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, Liying thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments. 

Dr. Meng led Healsan’s Clinical Career Training Programs, including preparation for the USMLE exams, residency match, and training for U.S. Medical Laboratory Technologists and Ultrasound Technologists certifications.

Dr. Meng earned her PhD from Peking Union Medical College and has clinical and research interests in pathology and cancer biology.  She holds esteemed positions at George Washington University Hospital in the United States and previously worked in the Department of Pathology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital in China. 

She has experience managing significant projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, and her academic excellence is reflected in her h-index of 22.

 Dr. Yang Zhao earned her M.D. from Peking University and brings nearly 20 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and medical education, with a specialization in obstetrics and gynecology. 

She currently serves as the Scientific Consultant in the Office of Clinical Research, where she guides physicians and scientists in project design and manuscript writing.

Dr. Zhao previously served as Section Chief, Chief Physician, and Clinical Research Expert at Peking University People’s Hospital, where she played a pivotal role in advancing gynecologic oncology care and research.

In her role as Department Director, Principal Investigator, and Chief Physician at Beijing Arion Cancer Center, Dr. Zhao established the Gynecologic Oncology Center, pioneering clinical, research, and teaching programs while training a highly skilled medical team.

Dr. Zhao has extensive experience in oncology clinical trials, particularly Phase II–III studies. She has contributed to the development of investigational therapies, biomarker discovery, and personalized treatment strategies. Her research includes proteomics-based biomarker identification for endometriosis and ovarian cancer, and she has authored numerous publications in leading international journals. 

Dr. Qiang Yuan is a seasoned orthopedic surgeon-scientist with over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and medical education. He received his M.D. from Peking University Health Science Center and currently serves as Chief Physician of Spine Surgery, Associate Professor, and Master’s Supervisor.

Dr. Yuan leads several research initiatives focused on orthopedic diagnostics, biomechanical modeling, surgical management of osteoporosis and sarcopenia, and the development and implementation of orthopedic surgical robots. In addition to his clinical and academic roles, he serves as a member of the Surgical Review Expert Panel, contributing to the evaluation of scientific research projects and peer review for several core medical journals.

His work has significantly advanced the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders, the application of minimally invasive and navigational technologies in spine surgery, and the multi-indication development of orthopedic robotics. Dr. Yuan has published extensively in leading international journals, with a high citation record reflecting the impact of his contributions to the field.

Yantong Wan is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Life Sciences, Xiamen University. With extensive expertise in developing innovative bibliometric visualizations and research project design, he has authored 22 SCI-indexed publications, including 15 as first or corresponding author, accumulating an impact factor of 132 and 150 citations. He has served as principal investigator for one national-level project and five provincial-level projects, securing total research funding exceeding 500,000 RMB. Additionally, Yantong serves as a peer reviewer for prestigious journals including the International Journal of Surgery, Frontiers in Immunology, and iScience.

Hengli Lian, with an MSc in Epidemiology and Health Statistics, leads statistical projects at Healsan, bringing over 14 years of experience. She provides training, data analysis, clinical research design, and public database exploration. Her expertise includes generalized linear regression, mixed-effects models, repeated measures, logistic and Cox regression, Poisson regression, competing risk, mediation analysis, cluster analysis, propensity matching, reliability analysis, and machine learning. Services encompass predictive modeling, structural equation modeling (SEM), real-world studies, questionnaire analysis, Mendelian randomization, and meta-analysis. Hengli is dedicated to supporting researchers and clinicians through accurate statistical insights, enhancing research quality and impact.
